Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Payments Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciliation and ensuring that all financial data is complete and accurate. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and an excellent knowledge of Excel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of turnovers and balances between different payment platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to identify errors and any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communication with different payment providers for issue resolution.
  • Preparation of the settlement reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assist with other ad hoc finance related tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Practical experience in dealing with payment providers, financial institutions and Acquirers.
  • Fluent in Russian.
  • English at upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
