Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Russian – English speaking B2B sales manager to join our White Label paytech team. The successful candidate will become one of the key figures in developing and selling the paytech White Label solution including numerous additional services such as an orchestration platform and a payment hub. The B2B sales manager will be responsible for attracting new clients, building long-term partnerships with clients and agents, enhancing paytech presence in the industry and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position.
  • Present paytech solutions to potential partners, identifying their interest in using our products.
  • Conduct regular introductory calls and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits to clients.
  • Manage deals at all stages of the sales process – from the initial contact to contract closure – ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients by helping them find optimal conditions within the framework of paytech products to optimize their business processes.
  • Being oriented towards the client’s success and driven by a desire to develop their payment business.
  • Work with an ambitious and strategic approach to contribute to the company’s leadership in the paytech sector.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry, with a solid understanding of the structure and organization of a payment gateway / payment institution (experience working in SaaS companies will be considered an advantage)
  • Proven Skills: Working Experience as an active sales professional or in business development manager, who is not afraid to take responsibility and is ready to achieve success together with the team.
  • Negotiation skills: The ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions, with a focus on the success and growth of both the client’s business and the company.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Superior self-organization and discipline, consistently thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Networking: Attend relevant events to network with prospective partners and promote paytech’s solutions.
